Returns & Refunds Policy

We want every piece you order from Zenithflowgear to feel right from the first stretch to the final pose. If something does not work out, this policy explains how to send it back and get your money returned.

Your 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. This policy applies to orders shipped to addresses within the United States, the only country we sell and ship to.

What Makes an Item Eligible

To be accepted, a returned item must be:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• In its original condition, with original packaging and tags still attached

We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email.

Approval Comes First

Every return needs our approval before you send it. Please email us first rather than mailing items back on your own. Packages sent without an approved return request may be refused.

How to Return an Item, Step by Step

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. Wait for approval. Our team replies within 1–2 business days.
3. Get your instructions and label. Once approved, we send return instructions along with a free prepaid return label.
4. Ship it back. Pack the item securely with its tags and send it using the prepaid label.
5. We inspect it. When your return arrives at our warehouse, we check that it meets the conditions above.
6. We issue your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Free Return Shipping

Return shipping costs you nothing. After your request is approved, we email a prepaid return label you can print and attach to your package.

Refund Timing and Method

Once your return passes inspection, we process your refund within 2–5 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method you used at checkout. Your bank or PayPal may need a few extra days to show the credit on your statement.

Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless required by law or the return is the result of our error.

Need a Different Size or Color?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, simply return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, has a defect, or is not what you ordered, please email us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and, if relevant, the packaging

We will make it right with a replacement, a refund, or another suitable solution, at no cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows no progress for an extended time, or your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate it and help resolve the issue.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Gift cards
• Digital products
• Personal care and hygiene items
• Final sale or clearance items, if offered and marked as such
• Perishable goods

• Refunds are always issued to your original payment method.
• We do not charge cancellation fees, and we never require a deposit.
• This policy covers orders delivered within the United States only.
